What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, project details and any files you upload. For commercial enquiries we also collect your company and project information. We record the page you enquired from and campaign information (UTM parameters) to understand how enquiries reach us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange surveys and deliver our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, the device and approximate location, and which contact buttons are clicked. Google processes this data on our behalf, and it may be transferred outside the UK under Google's data protection terms. See our Cookie Policy for the cookies it sets and how to opt out. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, CRM and form-processing providers — under appropriate data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as required for contractual, warranty, tax and legal purposes.
