Project overview

A small developer was building a group of detached family homes. We were appointed for internal dry lining, ceilings and skim, and for external silicone render to the upper floors.

Scope of works

Dot and dab linings to external walls
Timber stud partitions boarded and skimmed
Moisture-resistant boards to wet rooms
External silicone render with beads
Plot-by-plot sign-off

The challenge

Plots were at different stages of construction, and external rendering had to be scheduled around winter weather.

Our solution

We ran internal and external teams separately, rendering in suitable weather windows while internal plots progressed, and released plots one at a time for decoration.
