Project overview

A shell-and-core office building was fitted out for a single occupier across two floors. The package included cellular offices, meeting rooms, a reception with feature bulkheads and fire-rated core walls.

The challenge

The programme was compressed after an earlier delay, and M&E installation overlapped with partition works across both floors.

Our solution

We split the floors into zones with the M&E contractor, boarded one side of each partition first to release service routes, and closed walls up as each zone was signed off.
