Project overview
A former retail unit was converted into a restaurant. The package included new linings, bulkheads concealing extraction, a skimmed dining room and a polished plaster feature wall behind the bar.
Scope of works
- Dry lining to perimeter walls
- MF bulkheads around extraction ductwork
- Skim to dining room walls and ceilings
- Polished plaster feature wall
- Sample boards for design approval
The challenge
The opening date was fixed, and the polished plaster colour needed sign-off from the client’s interior designer before application.
Our solution
Sample boards were produced in the first week while linings went up, so the feature wall could be applied as soon as the substrate was ready.
